Registration Number Collection days for the 2023 / 2024 season will take place at the club house, Saunders Oval, St Clair:

Day 1 – 9th September 2023  (10:00 am to 1:00 PM)
Day 2 – 116th September 2023  (10:00 am to 1:00 PM)

Registrations will also be accepted on any of our Saturday competition days at Saunders Park for a few weeks thereafter. We recommend you complete the online registration form (found further on this page below) before bringing them on Saturday morning. This will speed the process up on the day – helping both you and our volunteers.

Although competition starts at 8 am with the warm up, we do ask that you come a little earlier if you wish to register on the morning of a competition day.

The 2022 / 2023 season fees are:

Note: ‘Tiny Tot’ refers to any athlete in the Under 4 and under 5 years of age group.

After completing the form you will receive an email confirmation, print out the confirmation and or receipt email and bring it along to our registration day(s) or Saturday morning competition.

Things to note:

Athletes that are in age groups Under 12 and older can also be registered into the local Senior Athletics club (for free). When prompted for a local NSW Senior athletics (during the online registration process), we recommend the selection for the Senior Athletics club to be ‘Nepean District‘ Athletics Center.

For returning athletes, a login and password will be required to login and renew the registration. If you do not have or are unsure what your login and password is, you will be prompted for an email address (that you have stored in the system from previous registration). If you still need assistance in logging in – please send an email to

Please Note:
Parent help is compulsory; it is a critical factor in the successful running and efficient organisation of our Centre (as with all athletics clubs). The club Committee and Team Managers are all volunteers who contribute towards the running of weekly programs and the efforts and well-being of ALL athletes (not just their own children). Parents may be rostered to help at least one week or two during the season. If you have any difficulty with this, please contact us to discuss the situation before registering.
